Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was spacious, providing ample room for our family. The heated swimming pool was a good retreat after long days of exploring, and having a well-stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. The BBQ facilities were a great bonus, great to enjoy quality family time outdoors.

everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was good-sized and new-fashioned. i stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a really really nice stay.

It has amicable, exceptionally nice staff.

Unfortunately, the mattress in the apartment was firm, made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially in the kitchen and living areas.

I found the hotel's location comfortable, near Esplanade with many restaurants and restaurants and the lagoon. Everyone was extremely helpful as well as host.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

We had a choice townhouse with heaps of space for us and the kids. Great location near the foreshore, but the pool area was a bit cool at times. Chur!

the couple that ran getaway on grafton were very friendly and very helpful with anything we needed to know and helped us with booking the car and attractions that we went too, also we were very impressed with accomadation and will defiantly recommend getaway on grafton to our friends

Spacious apartment, convenient location, with a well-equipped kitchen and a heated swimming pool ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration.

Hospitality of management was fantastic. The advice they gave was spot on and guided us to have the best holiday ever. We did not make a move without talking to them first.

Not a big thing, but heating in the spa would have been nice for night time swimming, but that is the only thing. Otherwise Spa was not a problem though.

Linda and Kevin who manage Getaway on Grafton are absolutely fantastic. Anything you ask would be done. They can arrange all your tours and give you the best rates and advice. We used them for all our tours and were not disappointed. They can even help you with car arrangements or advise how to get around. They make your stay very hospitable and relaxing. If there is anything in the apartments that doesn't work they immediately fix it or replace it...what else could you ask for. Thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday. (We stayed here in July holidays)

The only issue we had was that the pool and spa were not heated, but of course this would not matter in summer.

Great location, very relaxing and close to everything you need. Lovely staff who assisted with local attractions and tours. The outdoor swimming pool was a good bonus too.

the deluxe apartment was great-sized, bright, with a large bathroom. location: the hotel was near to the main tourist areas, the esplanade, restaurants and other attractions, and esplanade & shops. popped in sheridan bar & grill for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

The only thing I liked was the friendly and helpful staff.

The location right next to a very grotty and dirty backpackers also our room was not very clean and had broken and chipped crockery.
